Fiscal Year 2026 & 2027 Unified Planning Work Program (UPWP)

It is time to prepare the next UPWP. The UPWP covers two fiscal years worth of work. The UPWP is prepared in conjunction with the Technical Committee, Executive Board, TDOT, FHWA, and the transit providers. The UPWP must take into consideration both the Federal Planning Factors and the Statewide Planning Priorities. The first draft is due to TDOT in April so Technical Committee members should bring forth planning efforts they would like to see addressed by the TPO.
