Election of Officers

The Bylaws state that the Executive Board shall elect a Chair and Vice-Chair from its membership. Such elections shall be by a majority vote of the membership. Election of officers shall take place at the first meeting of the calendar year and term of office shall be for two years. An officer is eligible to serve a maximum of two consecutive terms. The current Chair and Vice-Chair have both served their two consecutive terms. Therefore, the Executive Board must elect a new Chair and a new Vice-Chair.
